Mitsubishi Motors moved their headquarters from Cypress, CA to Franklin, TN. The new office occupies approximately 40,000 sq. ft. over two floors. Workspaces are open and airy, flooded with natural light. Walls were minimized to maintain the bright and open feel, with fixed offices, conference rooms and collaborative spaces clustered in the central core of the floors. Utilizing the Synergy program, Mitsubishi benefited with savings exceeding $133,000.
